By Niya is a luxury candle brand that transforms scent into storytelling. With each collection, the brand curates an immersive sensory experience, evoking deep emotions. By Niya’s candles are designed to transcend the ordinary, offering a moment of escape and reflection.

Project Overview:
For By Niya’s 4th candle release, the brand drew inspiration from a transformative journey through Southeast Asia. This collection—featuring three distinct scents, India, Singapore, and Indonesia—was designed to transport users to these destinations through fragrance. The goal was to create an experience where lighting a candle felt like embarking on a journey—one of discovery, nostalgia, and sensory delight.
The packaging was carefully crafted to reflect the essence of travel and luxury. Polaroid-style imagery of each location was incorporated, offering a visual passport to the destination. A black and gold identity was selected to represent the richness, warmth, and opulence of the journey, making each candle feel like a treasured keepsake.

Outcome:
The By Niya Southeast Asia Collection was an instant success, selling out completely during the presale. The combination of thoughtful branding, immersive storytelling, and luxurious packaging played a pivotal role in drawing customers in. The travel-inspired concept and elegant black and gold design resonated deeply, making the collection feel exclusive and desirable.
